How to fill out the Lemon Tree Cloud IT form, section by section, without needing to be technical.
In 30 seconds
- It takes 10-15 minutes.
- You can close it and come back later with the resume link we email you.
- There are no wrong answers. If unsure, pick what you recognise.
- If you get stuck, call Maria at +34 868 35 37 57.
- Your data is only used to prepare your proposal.
Section by section
1. About your company
Basic facts: your name, email, headcount (range, not exact), sector. GDPR consent is required - we only use your answers to prepare your proposal.
2. Email and domain
How you handle email today: own server, personal Gmail/Outlook accounts, or business workspace (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace). If mixed, tick "a mix".
3. Where your IT runs
Tick all that apply. On-prem = a physical box in your office. Own cloud server = a server you rent at OVH/Hetzner/AWS EC2 and administer yourself. VPS = managed virtual server (DigitalOcean, Contabo). Hyperscaler = isolated AWS/Azure/GCP services (S3, Lambda). Only laptops = no servers. If unsure, pick "Not sure".
4-6. Server and virtualization detail
These sections only appear if you ticked on-prem or own cloud above. They ask how many servers, how old, and if they are virtualized (VMs like VMware/Proxmox, or containers Docker/Kubernetes). If you don't know, mark "not sure" and we will sort it out over the phone.
7. Personal devices and IoT
Roughly how many laptops/desktops you manage, whether people use their own personal devices for work (BYOD), and whether you have smart cameras, sensors or industrial gear connected to the network (IoT).
8. IT and development teams
Whether you have an IT person or team (internal or external), and whether you have a dev team (people who write code for your applications, not just support). If you are a freelancer, these are skipped automatically.
9. Current management software
What you use today for invoicing and operations (Holded, Sage, SAP, QuickBooks, Excel, nothing yet). And how happy you are with it: love it, OK with gaps, want to replace, or no tooling yet. This last bit changes a lot of what we will propose.
10. SaaS services
Which online services your team uses day-to-day: Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive), Google Workspace, Dropbox, managed backup. Tick all that apply.
11. Why you are reaching out
This is the most important part of the whole form. In your own words, what hurts or what goal you are after. Short sentences are fine. Some examples: "our current system is slow", "we want to open a second shop", "our data is scattered across spreadsheets".
12. Compliance and criticality
Which regulations apply to you: GDPR applies to everyone in Europe. ENS only if you work with the Spanish public sector. ISO 27001 if your clients require it. And the impact of an outage: tolerable for a day, a few hours, minutes, or zero downtime. You can also attach a network diagram or system list here (optional, max 10 MB).
13. Budget, timeframe, contact
Indicative annual range, when you want it in place, and how you prefer we get back to you (call, email, or call from Maria). An honest range helps us propose something realistic.
